We first met Johan at the Tauranga Home Show and were taken with his enthusiasm and interest in our build project. Johan proved himself to be very knowledgeable with regard to subdivision and building requirements.

He guided us through our subdivision process, which turned out to be fairly complex, liaising with council as well as surveyors, geotechnical engineers and septic tank specialists to help make it all happen. Throughout this process Johan showed exceptional patience, was very trustworthy and changes were never too much trouble for him.

We love our new home and have no hesitation in recommending Johan and Oceanside Homes to anyone else who is looking to build.

The House is absolutely perfect. Oceanside Homes listened carefully to our design ideas and put those into a preliminary design, it developed into the perfect plan for our needs. 

Isaac was the reason why we went with Oceanside, he was one of 6 builders that we gave our name to at the Tauranga Home Show who bothered to follow up. He was part of the process from start to finish, we had a budget and we had to make it work! Isaac and the team were as passionate about our build as we were. 

The best part of the build was the actual process. It was very exciting seeing the house develop from a design to a completed project. We will definitely build with Oceanside again because we really trust Isaac!

Using the Co-Construct app was a real pleasure. We were kept up to date with each stage of the build and could follow the progress easily and then schedule site visits accordingly. The build is perfect with no wasted space!

The things we liked most in dealing with Oceanside Homes are their professionalism, excellent levels of service and depth of general trade knowledge.  They are very helpful and able to explain technical issues quite clearly in layman’s terms when required. They produce a good standard of workmanship and have a good support network.

Oceanside certainly achieved an agreeable overall outcome for the Army Leave Centres and we would certainly recommend Oceanside Homes Ltd to others.

The thing I liked most in working with the Oceanside Homes team was an authentic sincere attitude towards trying to meet all of my needs. The whole time, I felt I was being looked after 100% and over time I grew to trust without a doubt the whole process and Oceanside Homes.

Nothing was too much trouble and there was always a desire to help, answer all my questions and make the whole process really smooth.  I felt this with everyone involved, from the beginning with Paul and Jorgen who are great communicators and real gentlemen, then absolutely throughout the build with Soren.

Working with the Oceanside Homes team is as easy as working with a group of good friends who get on fantastically, and are all working towards the same goal.  Easy peasy!! Plus of course, professional, efficient, understanding, considerate, and open minded.

Every single person I dealt with was amazingly efficient and extremely helpful.  I only have good memories of all my dealings with each and every one of the Oceanside Homes team.

They sincerely want to make not only the journey enjoyable but deliver a quality, amazing home.  Both aesthetically and structurally, throughout the whole process, from beginning to end I rate the product and the service 10 out of 10+++…..  I would without a shadow of a doubt, recommend Oceanside Homes to others in fact I already have and do.

We approached Oceanside Homes with a plan in mind. We had many extra’s and these were all handled with ease, the team were excellent and their high degree of finishing is evident where ever you look in our new home.

One of the many advantages of dealing with Oceanside Homes was their excellent team of sub trades Electrical, Plumbing, Gas Fitting, Fireplace Installers and Kitchen Manufacturer who all made a great contribution to our wonderful home
