We first met Johan at the Tauranga Home Show and were taken with his enthusiasm and interest in our build project. Johan proved himself to be very knowledgeable with regard to subdivision and building requirements.

He guided us through our subdivision process, which turned out to be fairly complex, liaising with council as well as surveyors, geotechnical engineers and septic tank specialists to help make it all happen. Throughout this process Johan showed exceptional patience, was very trustworthy and changes were never too much trouble for him.

We love our new home and have no hesitation in recommending Johan and Oceanside Homes to anyone else who is looking to build.

The House is absolutely perfect. Oceanside Homes listened carefully to our design ideas and put those into a preliminary design, it developed into the perfect plan for our needs.

Isaac was the reason why we went with Oceanside, he was one of 6 builders that we gave our name to at the Tauranga Home Show who bothered to follow up. He was part of the process from start to finish, we had a budget and we had to make it work! Isaac and the team were as passionate about our build as we were.

The best part of the build was the actual process. It was very exciting seeing the house develop from a design to a completed project. We will definitely build with Oceanside again because we really trust Isaac!

The thing I liked most in working with the Oceanside Homes team was an authentic sincere attitude towards trying to meet all of my needs. The whole time, I felt I was being looked after 100% and over time I grew to trust without a doubt the whole process and Oceanside Homes.
