Managing Director Paul Dean says, we are absolutely delighted to be involved with this truly iconic Kiwi brand. The fundamental strengths (not one of the many Lockwood homes in Christchurch was seriously damaged in the recent series of earthquakes), the thermal qualities of wood, the speed of construction and the low maintenance characteristics of Lockwood homes makes us truly unique in the market place!

Key attractions for joining Lockwood was the proven nature of the product based on 60 years of industry experience, the new wave approach to design, the team philosophy and the competitive strategies Lockwood have implemented over recent times. We can offer our clientele any package from small transportable batches or initial homes, up to large architecturally designed homes.

Importantly we live in a world where sustainability is critical to our future, building a house using renewable timber and taking advantage of the thermal qualities of wood is a very eco responsive way for us to help minimise the severe impacts of human habitation on our planet’.
